Everything a set of books needs, with the typing taken out.

One Acc reads your paperwork, drafts the entries and matches the bank. You review what it proposes and release it. The ledger underneath is ordinary double-entry bookkeeping that an accountant can follow.

The work is done for you and released by you

Every figure the AI produces arrives as a proposal. You see what it read, what it decided and why, and it becomes part of your accounts when you release it.

  • Photograph a bill and it reads itself

Send an invoice or receipt in by camera, email or upload. A vision model pulls out the supplier, the dates, the lines and the tax, and shows you where on the page it found each one. You check it and post it.

  • Ask your accounts a question

The assistant can look through your chart of accounts, balances, contacts, invoices, journals and reports, and answer in plain language. It can also draft the entries, which you review before anything is posted.

  • OneAcc Lens on your phone

A capture companion for the web app. Photograph a receipt when you are handed it and it goes straight into the inbox to be read, so nothing waits in a wallet until month end.

A ledger that holds up when someone checks it

Underneath the automation is ordinary double-entry bookkeeping, kept in a form an accountant or an auditor can follow.

  • Double-entry with an immutable journal

Every event becomes a balanced journal entry. Posted entries are never edited in place, so corrections are made by reversal and the history of what happened stays intact.

  • Bank reconciliation

Statements are matched against the ledger, including part-payments and settlements that arrive batched together. What cannot be matched is surfaced rather than guessed at.

  • Who did what, recorded

Every change records who or what made it and when, including where the AI proposed something and who released it.

  • The reports you actually file from

Profit and loss, balance sheet, trial balance, general ledger, and aged receivables and payables.

The day to day

The ordinary work of running a set of books, without the ceremony.

  • Quotes, invoices and credit notes

Raise a quote, turn it into an invoice, and issue a credit note against it when you need to.

  • Bills and supplier records

Bills, debit notes and the contacts behind them, with documents attached to the entries they belong to.

  • Manual journals

For everything the automation should not be guessing at, entered directly and validated before it posts.

  • Bring your history from Xero

Import from Xero so you are not starting from an empty ledger or re-keying a year of transactions.

Built for United Kingdom

Each country runs on its own version of One Acc, with its own tax rules, its own field set and its own validation. These are the parts you only get on the United Kingdom version.

  • VAT returns to HMRC

VAT is calculated on the UK rules and submitted under Making Tax Digital.

  • Companies House lookup

Find a company and pull its registered details rather than typing them in and hoping they match.

  • UK company registration number

The UK version carries the fields and validation that UK filing expects.

  • Open Banking feeds

Transactions arrive from your bank on their own, so reconciliation is a review rather than an import.

One Acc is in early access

We are taking on a small number of businesses while we build. Early access members help shape what ships, see releases before anyone else and keep a discount when we open properly.
